6 days -  Guided tour, all inclusive stay in the isolated Forbidden Lands of Debeers Diamonds in the middle of the majestic Namib Desert.

The Namib Desert is a unique part of Southern Africa, which on first impression looks dangerous, uninviting and devoid of any life. This impression, however, is very deceiving, as the Namib is full of surprises, with a rich treasure of discovery and imagery.  You will be fascinated by its unique beauty.

This area has been off limits to tourists in the past due to the extensive mining activity that has taken place there during the last century. The government is now allowing limited access into this area to environmentally controlled groups.

Before and after our stay will be able to photograph the infamous abandoned mining town of Kolmanskoppe.

3 days shooting the fields of wildflowers in Namaqualand South Africa. A paradise for photographers

For at least nine months of every year Namaqualand is a dry and barren semi-desert stretching for 600 miles up the west coast of South Africa.

However, what the Namaqualand region is most famous for the metamorphosis that follows the winter rains. Between August and October the life-giving rains transform the harsh looking arid landscape into a dazzling carpet of wildflowers.
